1. Extensive experience and leadership in municipal government

cameras with video surveillance and license plate readers.
5. Re-built a six-member Fire Department to a 68 person ALL Volunteer fire
department. Added new fire trucks and a water rescue vehicle.
6. Brought EMS ambulance services to Saddle River, thereby cutting response
time to save lives in half.
7. Preserved and renovated historic structures such as the Bishop House
Community Center, Canning Factory and Marker House
8. Runs a fiscally responsible government
9. Amassed millions of dollars in grant money to use for all kinds of town
improvements
10. Keeps the town beautiful and unique
11. Ran community projects that welcomed diversity into the town
12. Increased parkland by 45% and made 11 acres of inaccessible land
accessible.
13. Planned and executed the Walsh Family covered bridge in order to increase
parkland. Used matching grant money and a generous private donation to
pay for the bridge.
14. Kept municipal taxes low – less than half of the taxes of the 7 contiguous
towns around Saddle River
15. Works in harmony with Governing Body
16. Beautification of town and improved historic district; continual streetscape
improvements
17. Refurbished East Allendale bridge over the Saddle River
18. Established beautiful gateway via Exxon propertyd to Saddle River and new
beautiful welcome signs

20. Supported bringing back the development of an equestrian community
21. Established an Ordinance review committee to improve quality of life and
value of real estate
22. Ribbon cuttings to welcome all new businesses to town
